Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
Must be an Organo DP (or authorized), able to contract, and not legally barred. Seats keyed to DP IDs with storefront URL verification. Not Organo Back Office / not Organo SSO.
2. Account & Seat
Accurate info; protect credentials; responsible for seat activity. We may refuse/suspend seats for failed verification or policy breaches.
3. Service & Human Send Obligation
AI-assisted recruiting drafts and tools. You send every message — human distributor remains the sender. No AI-as-distributor; no representing AI as your Organo identity or Organo corporate sender.
4. License to Use Drafts
Limited license to use the Service and drafts for lawful Organo recruiting, subject to review/compliance. You grant us a license to process inputs/outputs to operate and enforce the Service.
5. Organo Relationship
Organo products/policies/agreements are separate. Caldwell Soames is not Organo. Follow Organo rules and required disclaimers.
6. Soft Launch; Fees; Stripe
Private URL soft-launch. Stripe billing later; promotional month-1 free framing when offered. Non-payment may suspend access.
7. Compliance
Compliance Rules and AUP incorporated. Hard bans include disease treat/cure/prevent/diagnose; FDA approved; toxin/miracle; income/lifestyle/quit-your-job/financial-freedom/typical-earnings; pyramid/get-rich; ads without Organo FDA-style disclaimers; TINA/FTC/FDA-type bans. Melia/ops may pause seats.
8. Optional SMS

9. IP
Service IP owned by Caldwell Soames/licensors. Organo marks belong to their owners.
10. Disclaimers
AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. AI may be wrong or non-compliant — you must review. No income/results warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
No indirect/consequential damages to max extent permitted. Aggregate cap: fees paid in prior 12 months or US $100 if none.
12. Indemnification
You indemnify Caldwell Soames for your content, recruiting practices, breaches, and legal violations.
13. Termination
Either party may end access as set out; we may suspend for violations, non-payment, or soft-launch end. Survival clauses apply.
14. Governing Law
Texas law; exclusive venue Harris County, Texas, unless law requires otherwise.
15. Changes; Contact
